How we work

Four steps.
No call-centre.

Send the drawing.

Email or WhatsApp the elevation, opening dimensions or moodboard. Suraj reads the drawing himself within the same working day.

Site visit in 48 h.

We measure on site — including the awkward irregularities the BOQ never captures. No site-visit fee. No quote written before the measurement is on paper.

03

Shop drawing & quote.

You sign off the shop drawing before we cut a single section. The quote is itemised — section, glazing, hardware, finish, install — so a designer can read it.

04

Fabricate & install.

Made-to-measure in our Santacruz workshop. Installed by our own team — not subcontracted. Snag list closed before handover.

The workshop

We chose not
to be a chain.

Aditi Enterprise was started in 2021 as a single-shop fabricator in Santacruz East. Five years on we are still single-shop. The work is bigger; the model isn't. Suraj signs off every shop drawing, walks every site, and answers his own phone — because the alternative is the model the catalogue brands chose, and that is the model designers come to us to escape.

Mumbai is the geography. Tight sites, monsoon performance, salt air, society approvals — the constraints are local and the spec has to be local too. Every install is within driving distance of the workshop. That is the offer.
