Suraj started Aditi Enterprise in 2021 after years on Mumbai sites with the established aluminium houses — long enough to learn what the catalogue brands stop doing once a job is below a certain ticket size.
The model is deliberately small. Suraj himself reads every drawing, walks every site, signs off every shop drawing before fabrication, and answers his own phone. There is no franchise layer, no call-centre, no rep filtering technical questions. The number on the visiting card is his.
Every install is within driving distance of the workshop. Tight sites, monsoon performance, salt air, society approvals — the constraints are local and the spec has to be local too.
We talk to interior designers and architects as peers — section size, interlock, mullion, gasket detail. We don't run a designer's questions through a rep.
The catalogue brands sell standard sizes. We make to measure, including the awkward irregularities the BOQ never captures. That is the actual job in a Mumbai HNI flat.

We are a Mumbai specialty shop and that is the strength. We are not the biggest, not the No.1, not pan-India. The work is the proof; the marketing-language isn't.
Boutique studios, 1–15 person practices, specifying premium residential renovations and new fit-outs for HNI clients. They want a fabricator who delivers to spec without back-and-forth, knows their drawing convention, and respects the design intent through the install.
South Mumbai and the western suburbs — typically referred by the family designer or a previous client. We carry the spec the designer set, communicate cleanly with the homeowner, and don't surprise either party at handover.
Villa and apartment refurbishment outfits who need a reliable specialty sub-contractor for aluminium scope. We don't hold up RA bills with rework, we run a clean snag list, and we coordinate with the other trades on a live site.
